power is low compared to the mods you have. I dynoed near exactly the HP and Torque you have at 16 psi.
My mods were the following:
stock ported exhaust manifold, 2.5 downpipe and 2.5 cat back exhaust and test pipes. My cams were JUN 256 cam which are pretty close to stock cams intensity. My turbos were GT2535(71mm compressor). I dynoed on heat soaked motor 516 rwhp and 420 ft.lbs at 16 psi. My engine felt on off. I didn't have the VTC installed and my turbos were laggy.
